Hi, I'm Aishah

Founder of Mind Over Diets Coaching, Doctor, Online Weight Loss Coach, lover of all things nature and a healthy dose of baking.

With nearly 10 years experience in the fitness, health and coaching space, I've come to realise just how distorted the approach towards women's weight loss is. The industry pays little attention to the reality and biology of women, a far too much emphasis on restriction, restriction and more restriction.

I've spent years studying and researching the factors that play a part to achieving weight loss. I've now created my own unique approach to weight loss coaching, bringing together my knowledge and experience of fitness, health, neurolinguistic programming and motherhood!

My mission is to inspire you and give you the tools you need to take control of your health, feel happier and confidently wear whatever you want!
